How do I get started?
Fret not, it’s easy.
- Click the ‘My Account’ button on the top of the page to create a subscription account—distinct from your buywildflower.com account.
- Select ‘Create an account’. Enter your information, click ‘Submit’ and… it’s done!
- Select the products you would like to add to your monthly subscription by clicking ‘Subscribe And Save’. Whenever you check out, you need to be logged into your account.
If your desired product is currently out of stock, simply add it to your wishlist by clicking ‘Add to wishlist’. We’ll notify you when it’s back in stock!
When is my order processed?
Your initial order will be processed within one business day of completing your order. Your orders will continue to be placed on the 1st of each month thereafter.
How do I update my payment method?
To update or change the payment method associated with your subscription, log into your account and click the ‘Payment methods’ tab in the customer account view. You can add, remove or update your payment method information anytime.
How is the order delivered?
Your orders are shipped for free with 2-day Air service. UPS 2-Day Air orders ship within 24 hours of being placed and deliver within 2 business days of shipping date.
I can’t see the Wildflower product I want to subscribe to on your subscription page
We want to make sure that what we offer you is compliant with all the different States’ regulations, so you don’t have to worry about the upcoming delivery yourself. Due to current regulations in some States, we have decided not to include our range of vapes in the subscription program.
But worry not – you can still purchase them separately on our main website HERE.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Subscription cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or limited time offerings on top of the standard 10% discount (or 15% on orders over $200) on all subscription orders.
- Bundles and bulk products that are already discounted are not available for subscription.
